Setting Up MLOFLO Integration with Zapier

Follow these steps to integrate MLOFLO with Zapier and create automated workflows:

Step 1: Create a Zapier Account

If you don't already have one, create an account on Zapier. You will also need an active MLOFLO account.

Step 2: Connect MLOFLO to Zapier

  1. Navigate to MLOFLO: Log into your MLOFLO account.

  2. Go to Integrations: In the Integration tab, locate Zapier.

  3. Copy API Key: MLOFLO will prompt you to copy an API key, which will allow Zapier to access your MLOFLO account.

  4. Open Zapier: In Zapier, add MLOFLO in the trigger event or action event, select and paste the API key in the pop-up screen appeared to connect the two platforms.

  1. Login to Zapier and select “+ Create” from the top left corner and select to create a new Zap

  2. Choose a Trigger in MLOFLO: In Zapier, start by selecting a trigger from MLOFLO

  2. Test the Workflow: Run a test to ensure the Zap works as expected. For example, when a new lead is added in MLOFLO, Zapier should trigger the specified actions (e.g., adding the lead to Google Contacts or sending a notification).

Step 5: Activate the Zap

Turn on the Zap: Once you're satisfied with the workflow, activate the Zap in Zapier. From now on, the automation will run in the background, syncing data and managing tasks without manual intervention.
