A loan officer can add partners to their pipeline by following these steps

• Click on the 'Pipeline' option located in the left sidebar, this action will prompt a new screen to appear.

To add partners to your plan in loan officer

• On the new screen, locate and click the ‘ +‘ button positioned on the right side. This action will reveal a dropdown menu.

To add partners to your plan in loan officer

• From the dropdown menu, select 'Add Partners.'

To add partners to your plan in loan officer

• After selecting this option, a new pop-up window titled 'Invite a Partner' will appear.

To add partners to your plan and invite them in loan officer

Select the Partner type such as Partner contact, VIP partner or Referral partner.

Fill out the Personal details of the partner:

• Partner Affiliation
  • Select the type of Partner Affiliation such as:
    • HOA
    • Partnership
    • Inspection
    • Attorney
    • Insurance
    • Title
    • Credit Repair
    • surveyor
    • Appraisal
    • Transaction Coordinator
    • Realtor
• Partner Type
• Partner Source
• Buyer Side
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Phone Number
• Work Phone
• Home Phone
• Date Of Birth
• Company Name

Fill out the Company Details of the partner:

• Street
• State
• Zip
• City
• Unit type
• [ ] Toggle (yest\no) option for the question at the end- Add to my lead pipeline?
• Click save to successfully invite the partner

Currently, MLOFLO does not support impersonation within the partner portal. There is no option to impersonate a partner's account. For further access needs, reach out to your administrator or support team.
