The Reports feature in MLOFLO provides Loan officer with comprehensive data visualization and tracking capabilities through various graphical representations. This feature is designed to help users monitor and analyze key performance metrics in a user-friendly manner.
Accessing Reports
- Navigate to Reports:
- From the main dashboard, click on the "Reports" tab located in the left-hand sidebar.

Components of the Reports Section
The Reports section consists of four primary parts, each offering valuable insights through graphical representations:
- Counter Tracking:
- Displays the number of activities or tasks completed.
- Loan officer can monitor the progress and performance of various activities.
- Units Closed:
- Graphically represents the number of units (e.g., loans) closed within the selected time frame.
- Helps loan officer understand their closing rates and overall performance.
- Leads Ratio:
- Showcases the ratio of leads converted to closed deals, expressed as percentages (% Yes and % No).
- Aids in evaluating the effectiveness of lead management and conversion strategies.
- Amount Closed:
- Displays the total monetary value of closed deals within the selected period.
- Provides insights into the revenue generated and financial performance.
Data Viewing Options
Loan officers can view the data in three distinct ways, allowing for flexible and detailed analysis:

At the top of the Reports section, choose the desired data view:
- LTV: Click on the LTV option to view metrics based on Loan-to-Value ratios.
- Yearly: Select the yearly option and choose the specific year from a dropdown menu to view annual data.
- Monthly: Select the monthly option and choose the specific month from a dropdown menu to view monthly data.
Filter Options:
- All: Displays the overall metrics for the entire team or organization.
- Self: Shows metrics filtered to the individual user’s performance.
