RETR is a lead database that provides comprehensive information on loan officers and real estate agents. By integrating RETR with Mloflo, users can automatically transfer lead and agent data from RETR into Mloflo's CRM system. This helps improve data management for real estate professionals, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date agent information is always available within Mloflo’s platform.

Steps to Integrate RETR with Mloflo

Step 1: Set Up Integration Between RETR and Mloflo

• Login to RETR and navigate to your profile.
• Select “Integrations” from the drop-down menu.
• Under the “My CRM Integrations”, select Mloflo from the list.
• Enter the API Key:
  • To get the API Key, log in to your Mloflo account.
  • From the sidebar, go to “Integrations” and select RETR.
  • Copy the API Key displayed there.
• Paste the API Key into RETR and click “Save”. You’ve now successfully connected RETR with Mloflo.

Step 2: Select Agents to Export from RETR

• Search for Agents:

  • Use RETR’s filters to search for agents based on criteria like area, company, or specific property details.
  • You can also search directly by the agent’s email or name if needed.

• Add Agents to Your List:

  • Select the agents you want to export and click “Add to Default Agent List”.
  • A pop-up window will appear showing details like the number of list slots used and available. Click “Add User” to confirm.
  • A confirmation message will show that the agents have been added successfully.
