The Pause and Resume feature allows users to manage their campaigns efficiently by temporarily holding them and restarting when required. This ensures better control over campaign schedules and prevents unnecessary messaging during downtimes.

How to Use

Pause Campaign:

1. Go to the Campaigns tab in the tool.
2. Locate the active campaign you wish to pause.
3. Click on the Toggle Off button for that campaign.
4. Select the Pause option to put the campaign on hold.

Resume Campaign:

1. Go to the Campaigns tab in the tool.
2. Locate the campaign currently in the Paused state.
3. Click on the Resume button to restart the campaign.

Important Notes

• Pausing a campaign will stop all scheduled messaging for that campaign until it is resumed.
• Resuming a campaign allows it to continue from where it left off, maintaining the sequence and schedule.

Use this feature to better manage campaigns during off-hours, holidays, or other periods where messaging needs to be paused temporarily.
