The Partners feature serves as a comprehensive repository for managing partner information, facilitating effective collaboration and communication within the team.

• The Partners feature provides comprehensive details about partner contacts, including:
  • Name

  • Affiliation Type
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Status
  • Assign To
  • Tags
  • Portal Status
  • Closed Loans
  • App Completed
  • Leads Distributed
  • Leads Recieved
  • Lifetime Value

• Additionally, Super Admins have the following options:

  • Add New Partners: Super Admin can add new partner contacts directly within the Partners tab by selecting “+partner” located at the top right corner of the partner page under Contacts.

  • Enter the following partner details asked and select “save”

    

  • Import Partners: Super admins have the option to import partner contacts for efficient data management.
