The Partners feature provides comprehensive details about partner contacts, including:
- Name
- Company
- Type
- Affiliation Type
- Phone
- Email
- Status
- Assign To
- Tags
- Portal Status
- Closed Loans
- App Completed
- Leads Distributed
- Leads Recieved
- Lifetime Value
- Created On
- Last Contacted Date
- Source

Additionally, Loan officers have the following options:
- Add New Partners: Loan officers can add new partner contacts directly within the Partners tab by selecting “+partner” located at the top right corner of the partner page under Contacts.
- Enter the following partner details asked and select “save”

Actions for Partners via contacts:
In the Action section, located in the rightmost column of the Partners page, Loan Officers have several options to manage partner interactions:
Available Actions:
- Edit: This option allows you to edit the partner's details. The following fields can be updated:
- Partner Affiliation: Includes details such as HOA or Partner Type.
- Partner Contact Information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone Number
- Work Phone, Home Phone, Date of Birth
- Company Information:
- Company Name
- Street Address
- State
- Zip Code
- City
- Partner Source: Includes "Self Gen" or any other specified source.
- Buyer Side
- Log a Call: This option enables you to log details of a phone call with the partner. The following details are required:
- Message: Add notes or a summary of the call.
- Call Disposition: Select the outcome of the call (e.g., Completed, No Answer, etc.).
- Status: Mark the status of the call (e.g., Open, Closed).
- Log an Email: This option allows you to log details of an email sent to the partner. Required details include:
- Subject: Add the subject of the email.
- Message: Add the content of the email.
- Save: Hit the "Save" button to log the email.
- Tasks: This option allows you to assign tasks to the partner. The following fields are available:
- Subject: The title or summary of the task.
- Description (Optional): Add additional details about the task.
- Due Date: Set a deadline for the task
- Set Reminder: Option to set a reminder for the task.
- Assign Task to: Select the person or team responsible for completing the task.
- Events: This option allows you to schedule events with the partner. The following details can be added:
- Subject: Title or description of the event.
- Description (Optional): Add any necessary information.
- Attendees (Optional): Select attendees for the event.
- Start Date & Start Time
- End Date & End Time
- All Day Event: Option to mark the event as an all-day event.
- Reminder: Set a reminder for the event.
- Show As: Mark the event status (e.g., Busy, Available).
- Repeat: Set event recurrence options (e.g., Daily, Weekly, etc.).
- Category Color: Assign a color code to categorize the event.
- Notes: This option allows you to add notes related to the partner. Required fields include:
- Subject: Provide a title for the note.
- Draft with AI (beta): Use AI assistance to draft the content of the note (optional).
- Delete: This option allows you to delete the partner record from the system.
