Messages Feature Overview:

The Messages feature within MLOFLO serves as a communication tool facilitating interaction between Loan Officers and users.

The Messages feature in MLOFLO allows Loan officers to communicate directly with existing users. The following steps outline how to access and effectively utilize this feature:

1. Accessing the Messages Feature:
   • Navigate to the Messages section within the MLOFLO platform from the sidebar menu.
2. Initiating a New Conversation:
   • To begin a new conversation, select the "New" option located in the upper-right corner of the Messages page.
   • Enter the recipient’s phone number in the designated field.
3. Searching for Recipients:
   • Alternatively, you can search for a recipient by entering their name or phone number in the search tab provided.
4. Composing a Message:
   • After selecting the recipient, proceed to the message composition area.
   • Type the desired message text and optionally utilize the following additional features:
     • Attach Files: Upload and send documents, images, or other files.
     • Search GIFs: Find and insert relevant GIFs to include in the message.
     • Record Videos: Create and attach a video recording.
5. Sending or Scheduling the Message:
   • You have two options for sending:
     • Send Immediately: Click the "Send" button to deliver the message right away.
     • Schedule the Message:
       1. Select the "Schedule Send" option.
       2. Use the calendar popup to choose the desired date and time for sending.
       3. Confirm the schedule settings.
6. Calculating Message Costs:
   • After composing or scheduling the message, use the "Calculate Price" feature to estimate the cost of sending.
7. AI-Powered Message Editing:
   • Utilize the AI rewriting functionality to refine or modify the content before sending, ensuring the message meets your communication needs.

• After adding a contact via entering the phone number, the loan officer can initiate chat by selecting the particular contact and send files and attach files( Search GIFs, Record Video, Upload Files)
• The loan officer can also pin , archive or delete a chat via messages.
• Loan officers possess the capability to filter messages based on their read or unread status for efficient message organization.
• Additionally, they can respond to messages directly from the interface, utilizing the options conveniently provided just below the search tab.
• The Settings button offers Loan officers the functionality to archive chats for future reference and to toggle the visibility of calls according to their preferences.
