The Messages feature within MLOFLO serves as a communication tool facilitating interaction between Processing Manager and Team.

1. Initiating Conversations:

• Users can initiate conversations by entering the recipient's name or phone number into the designated search tab.
• To commence a new conversation, users can input the recipient's phone number by selecting the "New" option situated at the top right corner of the Messages page.

1. Message Management:

• Users possess the capability to filter messages based on their read or unread status for efficient message organization.
• Additionally, users can respond to messages directly from the interface, utilizing the options conveniently provided just below the search tab.

1. Settings Customization:

• The Settings button offers users the functionality to archive chats for future reference and to toggle the visibility of calls according to their preferences.
