Setting Up Informative Research Services in MLOFLO

To enable Informative Research services in MLOFLO, follow the detailed steps below:

Step 1: Login to MLOFLO

Step 5: Enter the Details for the New Agency

Step-by-Step Guide for Pulling Credit Reports:

1. Navigate to the Borrower Profile in MLOFLO:

  1. Log in to your MLOFLO account.
  2. Go to the Pipeline section from the sidebar.
  3. From the top menu, select Leads/Loans
  4. Choose the specific lead (borrower) for whom you want to pull the credit report.
  5. In the borrower’s profile, locate and click on the Services section.

2. Access Credit Services:

  1. In the Services section of the borrower’s application, you will see an option for Credit Report.
  2. Click on the Send button in this section to initiate the credit report request process.

3. Enter Credit Report Details:

  1. In the Credit Pull form, fill in the following fields:
  2. Report Type: Select the credit bureau from which the report will be pulled:
  3. Request Type: Choose one of the following options:
  4. After entering the details, click on Send Request to submit the credit report request.

4. Manage Liabilities Report:

  1. Once the credit report is generated, you will receive a Liabilities Report. This report provides a breakdown of the borrower’s liabilities, including the following columns:
  2. From this list, you can select the specific liabilities you wish to include in the final credit report.
  3. After selecting the relevant liabilities, click Save to finalize the report.

5. Generate and View the PDF Report:

  1. After the report has been saved, a PDF version of the credit report for both the applicant and the co-applicant (if applicable) is generated0. The PDF is sent by the Informative Research along with Credit scores and liabilities.

Mandatory Fields for Informative Research (IR) within the Application Section of the Borrower in MLOFLO

When pulling credit reports using Informative Research (IR) within the Application Section of the Borrower in MLOFLO, the following fields are mandatory. Ensure all required information is accurately provided before submitting a credit report request.

Mandatory Fields:

  1. First Name: Enter the borrower’s first name in the Application section.
  2. Last Name: Enter the borrower’s last name.
  3. Mailing Address: Ensure the borrower’s mailing address is correctly entered.
  4. Current Address: Input the borrower’s current address.
  5. Zip Code (Mandatory for all addresses): The zip code is required for both the mailing address and the current address.
  6. Birth Date: Provide the borrower’s date of birth.
  7. Email: Enter the borrower’s valid email address.
  8. Social Security Number (SSN) : The borrower’s SSN must be provided to pull the credit report.
