Encompass Sub-Tab in Mloflo

The Encompass sub-tab within the Integration section of Mlofloallows users to manage user-specific and role-specific details related to Encompass. The sub-tab provides access to loans, user roles, and settings needed for account activation.

1. Activation of Encompass Account

Steps for Activation:

1. Access the Activation Option:

   • Navigate to the integration section in Mloflo.
   • Locate the "Click Here..." option on the Encompass page to begin the activation process.

2. Enter Encompass Credentials:

   • You will be directed to the settings page within the Encompass tab.
   • Enter the following details:
     • Instance Id: Your unique Encompass instance identifier.
     • Client Id: Provided by Encompass.
     • API Secret Key: The secret key for API access.
     • User Name: Your Encompass username.
     • Password: Your Encompass password.
     • Base URL: The base URL for the Encompass API.
     • All States Licensed User Id: User ID for state licensing.

3. Activate Encompass Account:

   • Save the credentials.
   • Your Encompass account will now be activated, allowing access to the integration features.

2. Loan Management

Once the Encompass account is activated, the Encompass sub-tab allows users to view and manage loan details. Key features include:

Loan Details:

• Loan Number: Unique identifier for each loan.
• Borrower’s Name: The name(s) of the borrower(s).
• Email: Borrower’s contact email.
