Overview

The Dialer feature in MLOFLO allows loan officers to create and manage dialing campaigns for borrowers or partners. It offers two types of campaigns: Quick Campaigns and Dynamic Campaigns, each with customizable options to suit various outreach strategies.

Accessing the Dialer Feature

1. Navigate to Dialer:

   • From the left-hand sidebar menu, click on "Dialer."

2. Creating a New Campaign:

   • Click on the "+ New Campaign" button to start creating a new dialing campaign.
   • You will be presented with two options: Quick Campaign and Dynamic Campaign.

Loan Officers can choose between Quick Campaigns for straightforward setups or Dynamic Campaigns for more advanced, filter-based dialing strategies. This feature enhances outreach efficiency and helps manage borrower or partner interactions effectively.
