The Dialer Reports page in MLOFLO is designed to provide Loan officers with a comprehensive overview of their dialing activities. It contains detailed information about each call made through the Dialer feature, allowing Loan officers to track and analyze their campaigns effectively.

Navigate to Dialer Reports:

From the left sidebar menu, select the "Dialer" option.
Click on the "Reports" tab to access the Dialer Reports page.

Dialer Reports Page Overview

The Dialer Reports page lists all the reports related to dialing activities. Each report is displayed in a tabular format with the following columns:

Name: The name of the contact or campaign associated with the report.
Type: The type of call or campaign.
Phone: The phone number that was called.
Recording: A link or button to access the call recording, if available.
Call Time: The date and time when the call was made.
