The Dashboard includes various metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that are essential for tracking and analyzing the loan process.

1. Total Pipelines: The total number of loan pipelines currently being managed.
2. Closed Loan Count: The total number of loans that have been closed successfully.
3. New Loan: The number of new loan applications received within a specified period.
4. Closed Loan Ammount: The total monetary value of loans that have been closed.
5. Average Time from Submitted to CTC: The average duration taken from loan submission to the clear-to-close stage.

• Purchase Days: Average time for purchase loans.

• Refinance Days: Average time for refinance loans.

  

6. My Pipeline : The "My Pipeline" section of the dashboard provides a visual representation of the current status of loans at various stages in the pipeline.

• Submitted to Processing : Loans that have been submitted for processing.
• Disclosures Sent: Loans for which disclosures have been sent to the borrowers.
• Disclosures Signed: Loans for which borrowers have signed the disclosures.
• UW Submitted: Loans that have been submitted to underwriting (UW).
• Conditional Approval: Loans that have received conditional approval from underwriting.
• Conditions Submitted: Loans for which conditions have been submitted for final approval.
• CTC (Clear to Close): Loans that are clear to close.

1. Recent activities : The Recent Activity feature provides users with a comprehensive view of recent actions and events that have taken place within the system. It serves as a centralized log of activities, enabling users to stay updated on the latest developments
