The Recent Activity feature provides Super Admins with a comprehensive view of recent actions and events that have taken place within the system. It serves as a centralized log of activities, enabling Super Admins to stay updated on the latest developments.

Key Features:

  1. All Tab: Upon accessing the Recent Activity section, Super Admins will start with the "All" tab, which displays a chronological list of all recent activities across different categories.
  2. Category Tabs: In addition to the "All" tab, Super Admins can navigate through various category tabs such as Calls, Messages, Mails, Events, and more. Each tab filters the recent activity log to display specific types of actions or events.
  3. Filtering Options: Super Admins can further refine the displayed activities using filtering options based on time range, users involved, or specific keywords. This customization enables Super Admins to focus on relevant information and streamline their workflow.
  4. Clear Option: Super Admins have the ability to clear all recent activity entries from the log. This option provides a convenient way to declutter the Recent Activity section and start fresh when needed.
