The Borrowers feature offers a centralized repository for managing borrower information effectively, facilitating streamlined communication and collaboration within the team.

The Borrowers feature provides comprehensive details about borrowers, including:
- Name
- Assigned Team Member
- Email Status
- Address( The current address of the borrower)
- Creation Date
- Tags(different from the tags in pipeline)
- Portal Status
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Last Contacted Date
- Current Action

Additionally, users have the following options:
- Add New Contacts: Users can add new borrower contacts directly within the Borrowers tab by selecting “+Contact” , located at the top right corner of the borrower page under Contacts
- Enter the following details asked and select “create”
- Source*
- Campaign
- Borrower Details
- First Name*
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email
- Date Of Birth
- Toggle(Yes/No) Add to my lead pipeline?
- Toggle (Yes/No) Do you want to send an invite?

Actions via “Contacts” on Borrowers:
The Action section, located in the rightmost column of the page, provides several options for managing and interacting with borrowers
Available Actions:

Log a Call: This option allows users to log the details of a phone call made to the borrower. The following fields must be filled:
- Message: Add a summary or notes from the call.
- Call Disposition: Select the outcome of the call (e.g., Completed, No Answer, Voicemail).
- Status: Mark the status of the call (e.g., Open, Closed, Pending).

Log an Email: This option is used to log the details of an email sent to the borrower. The following information is required:
- Subject: Provide the subject line of the email.
- Message: Include the email content or any relevant notes from the email exchange.
- Save: Save the email log to the borrower’s profile.

Task: This option allows users to assign tasks related to the borrower. Task management includes the following fields:
- Subject: Add a title or summary for the task.
- Description (Optional): Provide further details regarding the task.
- Due Date: Set a deadline for the task
- Set Reminder: Option to set a reminder notification for the task.
- Assign Task to: Select the person or team responsible for the task (e.g., yourself or another team member).

Events: Users can schedule events related to the borrower. The following fields must be completed:
- Subject: Provide a title or description of the event.
- Description (Optional): Add additional information or context for the event.
- Attendees (Optional): Select attendees (such as other team members) for the event.
- Start Date & Start Time: Choose when the event will start
- End Date & End Time: Specify when the event will end.
- All Day Event: Option to mark the event as an all-day event.
- Set Reminder: Add a reminder notification for the event.
- Show As: Mark the event status (e.g., Busy, Free).
- Repeat: Set up event recurrence (e.g., Daily, Weekly).
- Category Color: Assign a color code for the event category.

Notes: This option allows users to add notes regarding the borrower. Required fields include:
- Subject: Provide a title for the note.
- Draft with AI (beta): Use AI to assist in drafting the note (optional).
- Save: Save the note to the borrower’s record.

Convert to Lead: This option is used to convert a borrower contact into a lead.
Steps to Convert a Borrower to a Lead:
- Click on Convert to Lead: This action can be accessed from the Action button next to the borrower’s contact details.
- Enter the Following Details:
- Source (Required): Select the source of the lead from the dropdown (e.g., referral, self-generated, etc.).
- Campaign: Choose the campaign associated with the lead from the dropdown (optional).
- First Name (Required): Enter the borrower’s first name.
- Last Name: Enter the borrower’s last name (optional).
- Phone Number: Provide the borrower’s phone number.
- Email: Enter the borrower’s email address.
- Invite Option: Choose whether to send an invitation to the borrower (yes or no).
- Click on the Convert To Lead button:

Delete Contact: This option allows users to delete the borrower’s contact information from the system. This action is irreversible, and once deleted, the borrower’s contact data cannot be recovered.
