The Borrowers feature offers a centralized repository for managing borrower information effectively, facilitating streamlined communication and collaboration within the team.

Actions via “Contacts” on Borrowers:

The Action section, located in the rightmost column of the page, provides several options for managing and interacting with borrowers

Available Actions:

  1. Log a Call: This option allows users to log the details of a phone call made to the borrower. The following fields must be filled:

  2. Log an Email: This option is used to log the details of an email sent to the borrower. The following information is required:

  3. Task: This option allows users to assign tasks related to the borrower. Task management includes the following fields:

  4. Events: Users can schedule events related to the borrower. The following fields must be completed:

  5. Notes: This option allows users to add notes regarding the borrower. Required fields include:

  6. Convert to Lead: This option is used to convert a borrower contact into a lead.

    Steps to Convert a Borrower to a Lead:

    1. Click on Convert to Lead: This action can be accessed from the Action button next to the borrower’s contact details.
    2. Enter the Following Details:
      • Source (Required): Select the source of the lead from the dropdown (e.g., referral, self-generated, etc.).
      • Campaign: Choose the campaign associated with the lead from the dropdown (optional).
      • First Name (Required): Enter the borrower’s first name.
      • Last Name: Enter the borrower’s last name (optional).
      • Phone Number: Provide the borrower’s phone number.
      • Email: Enter the borrower’s email address.
      • Invite Option: Choose whether to send an invitation to the borrower (yes or no).
    3. Click on the Convert To Lead button:
  7. Delete Contact: This option allows users to delete the borrower’s contact information from the system. This action is irreversible, and once deleted, the borrower’s contact data cannot be recovered.
