After the initial application process, the borrower journey in MLOFLO continues through several milestones, culminating in the submission to processing.

Milestones and Navigation

Upon completing the initial application, the borrower is navigated to the dashboard containing the following milestones:

1. New
2. Contacted
3. App Completed
4. Docs Requested
5. Approve
6. Pre-Approved
7. Submitted to Processing

The dashboard consists of various tabs:

• Overview
• Application
• Documents
• Loan Quote
• Pre-Approvals
• Contacts

Overview Tab

• Days Until Closing: Displays the countdown to the loan closing date.
• % Loan Status: Shows the percentage completion of the loan process.
• Recent Activity: Summarizes all recent actions performed.

Application Tab

• Details: Contains all the information previously filled out by the borrower during the initial application process.

Documents Tab

1. Documents Requested:

   • List of Required Documents: Displays a list with columns named:
     • Document Title
     • Assignee (Borrower Name)
     • Status
     • Updated On (Date)
     • Action (Upload Document, View Document)

   

   • Upload Documents:
     • The borrower uploads the requested documents by clicking "Upload Document" in the Action column.

   

2. Loan Officer Approval:

   • Approval Process: Once the borrower uploads all requested documents, the loan officer reviews and approves them.
   • Status Update: Approved documents are reflected in the Documents tab with the status updated to "Approved."

3. Milestone Progression:

   • Approve Milestone: After the loan officer approves the documents, the milestone progresses to "Approve."

   

   

Loan Quote Tab

1. Loan Quote Details:

   • Information Displayed: Address, Loan Amount, Purpose, Term, Status, Created On.
   • Actions Available:
     • View Fee Sheet
     • View Loan Quote
     • Download Fee Sheet
     • Download Loan Quote

2. Loan Officer Submission:

   • Submission of Loan Quote: The loan officer submits the loan quote after document approval.

   

Pre-Approvals Tab

1. Pre-Approval Processing:

   • Access Pre-Approval Letter: The borrower can access the pre-approval letter under the Pre-Approvals section.

2. Generate Pre-Approval Certificate:

   • Fill Details:

     • Offer Amount
     • Down Payment
     • Taxes
     • Insurance
     • HOA
     • Seller Concession
     • Subject Property Address
     • City, State, County, Zip

     

     

   • Approval Estimate: The page shows the approval estimate based on the entered details.

   • Generate Certificate:

By following these detailed steps, borrowers can seamlessly navigate through the MLOFLO system from the "Documents Requested" milestone to "Submitted to Processing," ensuring a smooth and efficient loan application process. Once a borrower finishes the milestone “Submitted to processing” they are converted from a lead to loan.
