The top of the dashboard contains three options: My Profile, Screen Share, and Sign Out.

1. My Profile

Selecting "My Profile" takes the borrower to their profile page, which contains all personal and account-related details. Here, borrowers can view and update their information.

1. Profile Picture
   • Upload Image: Borrowers can upload a profile picture by clicking the "Upload Image" button.
2. Signature Upload
   • Borrower Signature: Borrowers can upload their signature by clicking the "Upload Signature" button. This signature can be used for electronic signing of documents within the MLOFLO system.
3. Personal Information
   • First Name:* Displays the borrower’s first name. Can be edited if necessary.
   • Middle Name: Displays the borrower’s middle name. This field is optional and can be edited if necessary.
   • Last Name:* Displays the borrower’s last name. Can be edited if necessary.
4. Contact Information
   • Email:* Displays the borrower’s email address. Can be edited if necessary.
   • Phone Number:* Displays the borrower’s phone number. Can be edited if necessary.
5. Settings
   • Time Zone: Allows the borrower to select their time zone from a dropdown menu. This ensures that all date and time stamps in the system are accurate according to the borrower’s location.
   • Primary Language: Allows the borrower to select their preferred language from a dropdown menu. This setting changes the language used throughout the MLOFLO interface for the borrower.
6. Security
   • Two-Factor Authentication: Borrowers can enable or disable two-factor authentication for added security. Enabling this feature requires the borrower to verify their identity using a second method, such as an OTP sent to their phone.
   • Change Password: Borrowers can change their account password by clicking on "Change Password" and following the prompts to enter their current password and the new password.

2. Screen Share

The "Screen Share" option allows borrowers to share their screen with loan officers or support representatives. This feature is particularly useful for real-time assistance and troubleshooting.

3. Sign Out

The "Sign Out" option allows borrowers to securely log out of their MLOFLO account.
