Upon entering the system, you'll find the Tasks section, acting as a central hub for managing all team or project tasks. This initial view offers a glimpse of functionality, providing a simple starting point for Loan Officers.

Task Sections

  1. All Tasks: Displays a comprehensive list of all tasks.
  2. Today: Shows tasks that are due today.
  3. Important: Lists tasks marked as important.
  4. Planned: Contains tasks that are planned for future dates.
  5. Assigned to Me: Displays tasks that are assigned to the current user.
  6. Assigned to Other(s): Shows tasks that the current user has assigned to others.
  7. Completed: Contains tasks that have been marked as completed.

Key Features:

  1. Creating Tasks: Initiate new tasks and assign them to relevant team members by clicking on “+Task” present at the top left corner of the Tasks page then enter the following details.
  2. Assigning Tasks: Assign tasks to team members by selecting their names from the dropdown menu.
  3. Establishing Due Dates: Specify deadlines for each task to prioritize and manage workload efficiently.
  4. Reminders: Enable reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  5. Task Status Tracking: Monitor the progress of tasks from creation to completion. Tasks can be categorized as 'Pending,' 'In Progress,' or 'Completed.'
